    The idea started the way most good ones do — quietly, and at the wrong hour.

    Late one night we looked at an old photo of a soldier in uniform and thought: what if this could be more than a picture in a drawer? What if you could hold it — the face, the stance, the pride — as a real figure, down to the last detail?

    That thought didn't leave. It turned into sculpts at the workbench. Then a proper studio. Then orders from friends of friends.
