Custom Orders & Photo Submissions By uploading a photo, you confirm you own the rights to that image or have permission to use it, and that it does not depict a third party without their consent. We reserve the right to refuse any order containing offensive, unlawful, or infringing content.
Product Representation Each figure is a hand-crafted artistic interpretation based on your submitted photo. While we strive for close likeness, minor variations in proportion, coloring, and detail are expected as part of the handmade process and do not qualify as defects.
Military Branch & Insignia Uniform styles and insignia shown are for representational/artistic purposes. ColdGear is not officially affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the U.S. Department of Defense or any specific military branch.
