Shipping policy
Each ColdGear figure is hand-sculpted and hand-painted to order, so please allow a production window before shipping.
Production Time 2–3 weeks to sculpt, hand-paint, and engrave your figure's name plaque before it ships.
Shipping Time
- U.S.: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–20 business days, depending on destination
Total Estimated Delivery Approximately 3–5 weeks from order to delivery, depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your figure ships.
Packaging Every figure ships foam-protected in a reinforced box to prevent damage to hand-painted details in transit.
Shipping Rates Calculated at checkout based on destination and shipping speed.
International Orders Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by their country upon delivery.
Delays High-volume seasons (Veterans Day, holidays, Military Appreciation Month) may extend production time — we'll notify you by email if your order will take longer than the estimate above.
