ColdGear is an independently operated brand and is not officially affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the U.S. Department of Defense, the U.S. Armed Forces, or any specific military branch. Uniform styling and insignia are artistic representations intended to honor service members and their families.

All site content, including photography, figure designs, and copy, is the property of ColdGear and protected under applicable copyright law. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring they have the right to submit any photograph used for a custom order.
